LEGAL NOTICE
ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE NORTH GREECE FIRE DISTRICT
On December 9, 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the North Greece Fire District will take place on
December 9, 2025, between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Fire House located at 1766 Latta Road, Rochester, NY 14612, for the purpose of electing one Commissioner for a five (5) year term, commencing January 1, 2026, and ending December 31, 2030. All voters registered to vote with the Monroe County Board of Elections on or before November 17, 2025, who have resided in the district since November 10, 2025, shall be eligible to vote. The election tellers will prepare the register on November 25 at 9 AM.
Candidates for District Office shall submit a form letter which can be requested from the District Secretary and submit such letter to the Secretary of the North Greece Fire District, at the fire house at 1766 Latta Road, no later than twenty days before the election (November 19, 2025).

ELECCIÓN ANUAL DEL DISTRITO DE BOMBEROS DE NORTH GREECE

POR LA PRESENTE SE NOTIFICA que la Elección Anual del Distrito de Bomberos de North Greece se llevará a cabo el 9 de diciembre de 2025, entre las 16:00 y las 21:00 horas, en la Estación de Bomberos ubicada en 1766 Latta Road, Rochester, NY 14612, con el fin de elegir a un Comisionado para un mandato de cinco (5) años, que comenzará el 1 de enero de 2026 y finalizará el 31 de diciembre de 2030. Todos los votantes registrados para votar en la Junta Electoral del Condado de Monroe el 17 de noviembre de 2025 o antes, y que hayan residido en el distrito desde el 10 de noviembre de 2025, podrán votar. Los escrutadores electorales prepararán el registro el 25 de noviembre a las 9:00.
Los candidatos a cargos de distrito deberán presentar una carta modelo, que puede solicitarse al Secretario de Distrito, y entregarla al Secretario del Distrito de Bomberos de North Greece, en la estación de bomberos ubicada en Latta Road 1766, a más tardar veinte días antes de la elección (19 de noviembre de 2025).
